Be part of a Business Expo at Madejski Stadium

We would like to invite your organisation to exhibit at the Thames Valley Franchise Show which arrives at Madejski Stadium on Wednesday June 30th.

If you’re interested in meeting people who are local and genuinely looking to start (or develop) their own small business, then we would welcome your inclusion at the show.

The event showcases over 35 franchise and business opportunities, all of whom are exhibiting to meet locals interested in running a business. It means the audience is generally "pre-start up" - and we expect over 500 visitors (600 attended our events in 2008 & 2009 at the Madejski)

Our shows always include a "start up business zone". We designate an area of the hall where local providers of business start up initiatives and B2B services suitable for SMEs / Start Ups (usually accountants, serviced offices, legal services, chambers of commerce, enterprise agencies etc) can exhibit at a reduced rate.

It's a handy addition to the show for visitors to browse services that will help them with their new chosen franchise, or if they decide to go alone and set up business independently.

Exhibitor and Non-Exhibitor packages for the zone are "mix-and-matchable" and are as follows:

  • 3x2 Exhibition Stand Space Only with table and chairs - £299 plus vat
  • Plus Visitor data - additional £99 plus vat
  • 30 mins Seminar Slot - additional £99 plus vat
  • Visitor Welcome Bag Voucher inclusion - additional £99 plus vat
  • Showguide advert 1/8 page - additional £99 plus vat

If you wish to know a bit more about us, have a look at our website and/or take a quick look at some footage of last year’s event:

We'd be delighted if you want to be involved....if you wish to take part, please call or email us by return. All contact details are below.

Best regards,

Mark
